My stay at The Lofts Hotel was quite disappointing. While the check-in process was efficient and the valet service was friendly, the room left much to be desired with cleanliness issues and an uncomfortable noise level. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions, but the overall experience was marred by lack of attention to detail and an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. For the price, I expected a more polished experience. 😞

I had a mixed experience at The Lofts. My room was spacious and had a beautiful design, but I quickly realized that the walls were thin, making it easy to hear my neighbors' conversations. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Columbus and close to great restaurants, but I struggled with the noise issues, especially with maintenance work that occurred at odd hours.

My stay at The Lofts Hotel was a mixed bag. While the location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from Nationwide Arena, the cleanliness of my room left much to be desired. I loved the spaciousness and unique exposed brick design, but it was overshadowed by the filthy state of my room and inadequate service from the staff. Overall, though the hotel has potential, I wouldn't suggest staying here again without significant improvements.
